About the Role
Flowzo is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our GCC sales team.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging B2B prospects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, qualifying potential opportunities, and booking product demonstrations for our sales team.
This is a hands-on outbound sales role involving cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, WhatsApp follow-up, and multichannel sales sequences.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B customers across GCC markets
Identify and reach relevant business decision-makers
Prospect through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Execute structured outbound and multichannel sales sequences
Engage Founders, CEOs, Sales Heads, Marketing Heads, Growth Leaders, and other senior decision-makers
Understand prospect requirements and business challenges
Qualify prospects and identify suitable sales opportunities
Book qualified product demonstrations for the closing team
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
Update prospect and sales activity accurately in CRM
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
Achieve agreed meeting-generation and pipeline targets
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales / inside sales experience
Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
Good spoken and written English
Experience using CRM software
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting
Experience with outbound email outreach
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with senior business decision-makers
Target-oriented and comfortable working with measurable KPIs
Willing to work full-time from our Chennai office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
GCC / Middle East sales
UAE or Saudi Arabia prospecting

Previous GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
