Role: Salesforce Intern
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform. This internship offers an opportunity to work on real-world business processes, CRM customization, automation, and integrations while learning from experienced Salesforce professionals. What You'll Do
Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Support the development and maintenance of Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects
Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement business requirements
Help troubleshoot user issues and provide platform support
Participate in data management activities, including data imports, cleansing, and validation
Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and Salesforce releases
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides
Learn and contribute to integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and recommend improvements
Our Ideal Candidate
Recently graduated in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong interest in CRM platforms and cloud technologies
Basic understanding of Salesforce concepts such as objects, fields, workflows, and reports is a plus
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce Flows is an advantage
Understanding of databases, data structures, and software development fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data using Excel, CSVs, and basic SQL concepts
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
