data/Metadata management and automation.
Strong understanding of data lakes, clinical databases, and electronic
data capture (EDC) systems. Experience with ETL processes, data
transformation, and interoperability solutions.
Desired skills
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) in Product
Development. Experience with GxP-compliant software validation
and testing methodologies.

R/Python/SAS
Summary Demonstrated capabilities for developing clean, well-documented
code that is easy to understand, maintain, and expand. Customer
Requirements elicitation and mapping to Product Requirements
(URS). Employ effective techniques to capture and document
customer requirements in a clear and concise manner. This includes
eliciting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and identifying
relevant test data. Utilize organization-approved tools to track
customer requirements throughout the product development
lifecycle. Ensuring that all requirements are addressed and that there
is traceability between customer needs and product features.
Strictly follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and
Work Instructions (WIs) to maintain consistency and quality in all
aspects of requirements management.
Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain interactive applications using
R-Shiny, Python, and SAS. With code that is clean,
well-documented code that is easy to understand,
maintain, and expand
● Work with cloud platforms to understand how
application interact within the framework of cloud
systems
● Integrate SaaS-based solutions into existing
workflows.
● Ensure applications are optimized for performance,
reliability, and security.
● Connect with other systems using REST API for bi-
directional data exchange.
● Help address client’s business and technical questions during
all phases of client engagement from prospect to delivery and
beyond.
● Attend requirements gathering sessions with the client and
help formulate technical requirements in terms of the SaaS
product capabilities
● Help develop Clients GxP documents by contributing to Risk
Assessments, Design, Configuration Specifications,
Implementation Scripts.
● Ensure timely delivery of required technical artifacts and
maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
Product manager and domain experts, to deliver high-
quality solutions.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application
functionality and data processing.
Essential Experience
● 2- 5 years of working experience of developing apps using
R/Python and SAS with a minimum of one or more year
implementing applications in the clinical research/trials
domain.
● Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
● Excellent analysis skills with a tenacious attention to detail.
● Excellent conflict resolution skills.
