Position Title: Architect (Team Lead)
Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time (In person)
Salary on offer: 50-60k per month
About Us:
Studio 42 is an Architecture & Interior Design studio that focuses on creating spaces that are clean, contemporary, warm, homely and elegant, while being practical and user centric. We believe that a space should be mindful, experiential and detailed. We understand the emotional and physical impact that spaces have and respond to this with design, creating spaces that can enhance the users quality of life. Our studio is research driven and experimental in its approach. It’s a space to collaborate, be creative, grow and solve problems creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for projects.
• Produce architectural drawings and documentation using CAD and other design software.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and collaborate with team members and consultants.
• Conduct site analysis and research to inform project decisions.
• Support the preparation of project proposals and submissions.
• Incorporate feedback from senior architects and project managers into design revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD,SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Proficient is basic 3D rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, D4 etc).
• Strong graphic and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for architecture and a drive to learn and grow in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in an architectural firm or relevant design environment.
• Good communication skills with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
