Business Development Manager — International Services
NextPage IT Solutions is looking for an experienced B2B salesperson to help build a repeatable services business around a sector they understand.
Full-time, work from our Mohali office. One opening. Monday–Friday, initially 10 a.m.–6 p.m. IST. Later, we will discuss moving to working hours better aligned with U.S. clients; the revised schedule will be agreed before any change.
Fixed salary: INR 40,000–55,000 per month, depending on experience. Performance-based incentive target: INR 10,000–20,000 per month, subject to written targets based on collected revenue, margins and retention; incentives are not guaranteed.
Graduate with 3+ years of relevant B2B service sales experience.
We welcome candidates with a proven record in ONE of these areas:
- Business automation, managed IT or technology services
- Accounting and finance outsourcing
- Medical billing / revenue-cycle management services
- Logistics back-office outsourcing
- Digital marketing or another relevant recurring B2B service
You do not need experience across all these sectors.
What you will do:
- Identify a focused customer segment and a service offer with clear commercial value.
- Source international prospects through targeted outreach, partnerships, referrals and relevant platforms.
- Lead discovery calls, qualify budget and fit, prepare proposals with delivery specialists, negotiate and close suitable contracts.
- Work with leadership to assess pricing, delivery capacity, margins and payment terms before making commitments.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and manage follow-ups, client handovers, renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Help define the sales process and delivery requirements as paid demand grows.
What we are looking for:
- Evidence of personally sourcing and closing B2B service contracts.
- Strong spoken and written English and confident discovery-call skills.
- Understanding of recurring contracts, client retention and delivery economics.
- Practical prospecting, negotiation and CRM experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and operations teams.
During interviews, be ready to discuss three anonymised deals: what you sold, how you sourced the buyer, your role in closing, approximate contract value and whether the client renewed. Do not share confidential client lists or former-employer documents.
This is a hands-on client-acquisition role with responsibility for developing a focused service opportunity.
