About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead AccelQ, with 8 to 15 years of experience to lead Salesforce testing engagements and drive quality assurance excellence across enterprise Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, AccelQ automation tool, and Validation Testing (Valgenesys), along with proven experience in leading QA teams. The candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing testing activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across Salesforce programs.

What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on testing best practices, automation strategies, and quality processes.
Define test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance frameworks for Salesforce implementations.
Develop and oversee automation test scripts using AccelQ for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud applications.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and validation testing for Salesforce features and enhancements.
Validate Sales Cloud components such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Reports, and Dashboards.
Execute Validation Testing using Valgenesys to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
Validate CPQ processes, pricing configurations, quote generation, and contract workflows.
Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external applications and business systems.
Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality delivery.
Manage defect lifecycle, track quality metrics, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Support release management activities and perform deployment validations across environments.
Review test artifacts, automation reports, and execution summaries while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation, QA processes, and team productivity.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8-15 years of overall QA experience, with a minimum of 6+ years in Salesforce testing.
Mandatory experience leading and managing QA teams in enterprise-scale Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud functionalities and business processes.
Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation tool for Salesforce test automation.
Experience in Validation Testing using Valgenesys.
Proficiency in functional, integration, regression, validation, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
Strong experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, custom components, and workflow validations.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Ability to define test strategies, estimate QA efforts, and manage testing deliverables across multiple projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. skills.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
