Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and web applications.
Build APIs and business workflows using PHP, Python, or Node.js.
Develop modules for order processing, inventory, invoicing, payments, ledgers, reconciliation, and business reporting.
Integrate applications with payment gateways, accounting systems, ERPs, and external APIs.
Work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
Debug application issues and provide timely production support.
Improve application performance, reliability, and security.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with product, QA, frontend, and business teams to understand requirements.
Maintain technical documentation for APIs, workflows, and application modules.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-6 years of software development experience.
Hands-on development experience with PHP, Python, or Node.js, with working familiarity across the other technologies.
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend application development.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or another relational database.
Strong understanding of SQL queries, joins, transactions, and database design.
Knowledge of Git and standard software development practices.
Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into working software.
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Order Management Systems (OMS).
B2B commerce or supply-chain platforms.
Finance, accounting, or bookkeeping applications.
