Role & responsibilities
Content & Script Writer Intern Key Responsibilities
Research social media, trends, creators, and audience conversations for new content ideas.
Write engaging scripts for Reels, Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube.
Keep the content simple, conversational, and natural in Groomifys voice.
Find fresh angles for English, communication, confidence, and personality development topics.
Track trends and maintain an organised bank of ideas and references.
Work closely with Bharti to understand and reflect her teaching style and opinions.
Preferred candidate profile
Someone who:
* Loves Instagram, YouTube and digital content
* Is naturally curious and enjoys finding interesting things online
* Can write conversationally rather than formally
* Understands what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching
* Has a good sense of storytelling and hooks
* Is comfortable researching unfamiliar topics
* Can understand Hindi/Hinglish as well as English
* Is open to feedback and experimentation
* Uses AI intelligently for support, but *doesn't depend on AI to produce generic scripts*
