Job Title: Visiting Faculty – Luxury Brand Management (Business Environment)
Visiting faculty position to deliver the business environment module in the luxury brand management programme.
The selected candidate will conduct temporary/session-based lectures focusing on global macro/microeconomic factors, regulatory frameworks, and market trends shaping the modern luxury industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lecture Delivery: Conduct engaging, session-based classes covering macro/micro-economics, trade policies, regulatory guidelines, and global market dynamics relevant to luxury brands.
Industry Application: Train students to evaluate consumer behaviour shifts, emerging luxury markets, sustainability practices, and competitive positioning.
Course Materials: Prepare practical syllabus modules, guest lecture formats, contemporary luxury case studies, and group project prompts.
Evaluation & Mentorship: Assess student assignments, presentations, and periodic exams, providing actionable, industry-aligned guidance.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Luxury Management/Business Administration (MBA), International Business, Economics, or a closely related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in luxury retail/management or academic teaching experience at the postgraduate/undergraduate level.
Engagement Type: Part-Time / Visiting Basis (Semester-specific course modules).
Skills: Strong grasp of global luxury business environments, dynamic communication capabilities, and experience with case-study pedagogy.
