About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

eAppSys is a UK-headquartered, Oracle-exclusive implementation and managed services partner, with operations across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and a strong global delivery capability out of Hyderabad. Our Applications and Technology practice is led by a team that includes former Oracle leaders, and we carry a long track record of successful Oracle EBS and Fusion implementations for large enterprise customers globally, with steady growth across regions and service lines. Beyond delivery, we build AI and agentic solutions on Oracle products, with real AI capability built into our own product development.
We're hiring senior PLM professionals — multiple openings — to own solution design and delivery on Fusion Cloud PLM engagements, end to end.
What you'll own
Solution design — and, as experience warrants, end-to-end architecture — across the full PLM footprint: Product Hub, Product Development, change/workflow, formulation and labelling, and the coherence between them.
Integration and data migration design connecting PLM with third-party applications — decisions that hold up once the system is live, not just on paper.
Leading and mentoring a team of functional consultants, and acting as the escalation point on business, process, and design questions.
Client-facing ownership — from business requirements and process design through implementation governance and go-live.
Driving our most complex PLM engagements — multi-entity, high-integration, or migration-heavy — as your experience and scope grow.
Depth & breadth expected
Item classes and item creation, extensible flexfields and attribute groups, item templates, security and role design.
Change orders and change types, routing and approval rules, and workflows for creation, change and discontinuation.
Product development structures and specifications, and the stage-gate process behind them.
Formulation and simulations, ingredient statements, nutrition and allergen calculation, and labelling compliance.
Strong working knowledge of downstream applications and processes — Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Quality — and how PLM decisions ripple through them.
Redwood page extensibility — understanding what can be configured versus extended on the Redwood UI, and designing within that boundary.
Essential
Depth of understanding of data migration design and integration architecture connecting PLM with third-party applications. This is not optional — you're expected to reason about mapping, transformation, and data flow with real precision, not at a conceptual level only.
Enough command of PLM capabilities, end to end, to drive the most complex projects in our portfolio.
Good to have
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and/or Agile PLM from earlier in your career — genuinely useful when a client is migrating off either, or running in coexistence.
Process manufacturing background, food industry experience a strong plus.
Global delivery experience, or clear readiness to work across North America and Europe client engagements.
What you need
10+ years in enterprise applications, with strong, current hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM experience.
Multiple full-lifecycle Fusion PLM implementations taken through CRP, SIT, UAT and go-live, including exposure to significant integration or data migration complexity.
Deep functional command across most of the areas above, with the judgement to make and defend design decisions.
Proven experience leading, or ready to lead, a team of functional consultants.
A business-and-process-first mindset — you design around how the business works before you configure the system.
Fluent written and spoken English, and the confidence to disagree with a client architect politely and with evidence.
Role & Compensation
Senior-level positions, multiple openings. Compensation is among the best in the industry, with genuine growth opportunities as our PLM practice scales.
