Role Description The Hospital Human Resources Manager at Apollo Cradle Greater Noida is responsible for overseeing all HR operations for the facility. This on-site role in Greater Noida includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical staff. The manager will handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring attendance and staffing levels, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital HR policies, and accreditation standards, while collaborating closely with department heads and senior management to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Proficiency in HR policies, labor law compliance, documentation, and HR information systems (HRIS).
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze HR data, and support strategic workforce planning.
Experience in healthcare or hospital HR management is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and commitment to non-discriminatory practices.
Readiness to work full-time on-site in Greater Noida and collaborate closely with clinical leadership.
