Working Hours: 12 PM–9 PM EST (10:30 PM–7:30 AM IST), Mon–Fri
About the Role:
At IntroProcess, we run a large, interconnected GoHighLevel system powering 90+ (scaling to 200–300) photography studio partner sub-accounts - appointment booking, sales pipelines, automated client sequences, dashboards, and partner support. Every sub-account shares the same underlying architecture, so a change in one place can ripple into others.
We need someone who thinks like a systems architect: before changing anything, you ask "what else does this touch?"
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain GHL workflows: appointment booking, opportunity lifecycle, no-show handling, client workflows.
Maintain internal + partner-facing dashboards (Google Apps Script/HTML, Supabase + Cloudflare).
Be first-line technical support across all partner sub-accounts - diagnose and fix field, workflow, webhook, or calendar issues.
Trace the "blast radius" of any change before making it, especially snapshot pushes across sub-accounts
Work with GHL custom fields/values, webhooks, and integrations (Stripe, Apps Script, Supabase).
Training will be provided.
Requirements:
Real, hands-on GoHighLevel experience - workflows, custom fields, pipelines, calendars, snapshots.
Comfortable with JavaScript/HTML for custom code and webhooks.
Systems thinking - can trace how a change ripples through connected parts before making it.
Strong async written communication
Independent - works well against existing systems/docs with minimal hand-holding
Nice-to-Have:
Google Apps Script · Supabase/Postgres · Cloudflare · React/Vite/TypeScript · Stripe · prior experience on a multi-tenant SaaS-style system
Process:
