Role Description This is a full-time Research and Development Engineer (Internship) role based in Mumbai, offered in a hybrid format with flexibility for some work from home. The intern will support the design, development, and testing of robotic systems and automation solutions aligned with MIVA OS.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical research, contributing to product development activities, and performing experiments and evaluations to validate concepts and prototypes. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams, documenting findings, and assisting in continuous improvement of existing solutions. The intern will also help prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a structured problem-solving mindset.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) capabilities, including hands-on Research for robotics and automation solutions.
Candidates should possess Testing skills for experiments, prototypes, and system validation.
Candidates should possess Product Development skills, contributing to design, iteration, and refinement of automation solutions.
Foundational knowledge in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, or related engineering disciplines.
Experience with programming or simulation tools commonly used in robotics (e.g., Python, C/C++, ROS2, MATLAB) is an advantage.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
