Role Description This full-time Engineer role is an on-site position based in Prayagraj. The Engineer will be responsible for supporting daily engineering operations, including designing, testing, and validating mechanical and electrical components or systems. Typical tasks include preparing technical documentation, assisting in installation and maintenance activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and supply chain. The role involves monitoring performance data, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency. The Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, adhere to safety and quality standards, and support senior engineers and management in project execution.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in engineering principles (mechanical, electrical, or related discipline) and ability to apply them to practical problems.
Proficiency in engineering tools or software (e.g., CAD, data analysis tools) and comfort working with technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to prepare and interpret technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Prayagraj and adapt to a dynamic operational setting.
