We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Design Sales who can understand client requirements, provide design solutions, and convert inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
Conduct client consultations and site visits when required.
Present 3D design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals.
Prepare quotations and explain project scope, timelines, and pricing.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Update client interactions and sales progress in CRM or tracking systems.
Stay informed about interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
Required Skills
Strong Interior Design & Material Understanding
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Client relationship management skills.
Understanding of residential interior design concepts.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in interior sales, design consulting, real estate sales, home décor, modular kitchens, furniture sales, or related industries.
Experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
