Herbnexus Private Limited is hiring: Market Activation Officer
Herbnexus Private Limited invites applications for the position of Market Activation Officer for its brand, Whiff, a Herbal Neurosensory wellness range.
The role is responsible for establishing and expanding the brand's on-ground presence. The appointed candidate will lead product sampling, retail distribution and partnerships across Nagpur and the surrounding markets.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute sampling drives, retail pop-ups, and brand activations
Onboard and service retail, and ensure consistent stock availability and staff product training
Develop partnerships with Retailers and event organisers.
Monitor and report cost per sample, conversion, and repeat purchase rates on a weekly basis
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure on-ground insights inform brand and campaign decisions
Requirements
A minimum of one year of experience in field sales, below-the-line activation, retail expansion, or event marketing
Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations with prospective customers
Strong analytical discipline; performance will be assessed on measurable outcomes
Willingness to travel within the region. A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred
Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English
