Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to take end-to-end ownership of our core product’s UI/UX from problem discovery to shipped experience.
What you’ll do
Own the full UI/UX lifecycle: Take complete responsibility for the product experience—from idea → flows → UI → prototypes → handoff → iteration.
Lead with product thinking: Understand the business goals, user needs, and constraints—then design solutions that move metrics, not just screens.
Turn ambiguity into clarity: Drive discovery, define problems, propose direction, and make confident decisions.
Design & prototype in Figma: Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate to ship: Work closely with product and engineering to ensure what ships matches the intended experience.
Raise the bar on quality: Maintain consistency, usability, and polish across the product.
What you bring
Minimum 4+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience with shipped product work.
A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership (your thinking, your process, and the impact—not only final visuals).
Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management - you can explain the “why” and drive alignment.
High ownership mindset: you proactively identify problems and push solutions through to completion.
