Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Fashion Designer, based in Hyderabad, India. The Senior Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop innovative designs for contemporary ethnic women's clothing, overseeing the entire design process from ideation to final production. Responsibilities include selecting fabrics, supervising embroidery and fitting processes, and ensuring the highest quality is maintained in the collections. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing, will be crucial to ensure that the brand maintains its reputation for luxury and quality.
Qualifications
Expertise in Fashion Design and a keen eye for modern ethnic styles.
Strong knowledge of Textiles and experience working with Embroidery techniques.
Proven ability to ensure proper Fitting and attention to detail in finished products.
Deep understanding of the fashion industry and trends, particularly in women's ethnic wear.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Prior experience in a senior-level fashion design role is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is required.
