About the job YUGMA.ai – Campus to Career is expanding its network of industry mentors and trainers - across cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Surat, Ahmedabad etc.
We’re looking for passionate professionals (working, Freelancers) as Aptitude, Soft-skills, Career building, Domain Trainers to join us
This is on a project basis and help students become Placement-ready, Job Ready, Industry-ready and Career Ready.
What we’re looking for?
** Strong experience in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability
** Strong Training/ Mentoring experience with Corporates and Educational Institutions on Aptitude, Soft-skills, Career building, Domain etc
** Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
** Ability to engage students to learn and build skills through Activities, Case studies, Peer learnings etc, as required by corporates.
** Ability to conduct practice session and tests in the classroom.
** Experience in training MBA, MCA, Engineering, or other graduate students
** Ability to conduct interactive classroom or online sessions
A genuine passion for mentoring and improving student employability.
