Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, team supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and hygiene standards. This role will manage guest experiences from arrival to departure, handle escalations, and coordinate with therapists and front-desk teams to maintain smooth workflow. The Operations Manager will monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep, while tracking performance metrics such as footfall, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing operational processes, supporting marketing and promotional activities, training staff, and collaborating with leadership to drive efficiency and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong operations and administrative management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and process implementation.
Proficiency in team leadership, people management, and conflict resolution, with a focus on coaching and performance feedback.
Customer service and guest relationship skills, with the ability to manage expectations, handle concerns, and ensure a high-quality experience.
Basic financial and analytical skills for monitoring budgets, revenue, costs, and operational KPIs.
Familiarity with spa, wellness, hospitality, or service-industry environments is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across front-of-house and therapist teams.
Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.
