Role Description
The Site Engineer/Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities at our various project sites, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with project engineers, sub-contractors, and workers, monitoring progress, and reporting status updates to management. The position involves supervising quality control checks, verifying structural elements, managing materials and resources, and resolving on-site technical issues. The Site Engineer/Supervisor will also support planning, scheduling, and documentation to keep projects on track and within budget.
Qualifications
Strong on-site supervision skills with experience in managing construction activities and coordinating field teams.
Effective communication skills for interacting with project engineers, sub-contractors, workers, and clients.
Experience in quality control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
Knowledge of structural engineering concepts and practical application in building and infrastructure projects.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant site experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
Proficiency in basic construction management tools and reporting methods.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
