Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct macro‑siting analysis for regional wind resources based on met‑mast observations or mesoscale data, and deliver professional analysis insights and recommendations. Perform wind farm macro‑siting, met‑mast siting, turbine selection and energy yield calculation.
2. Compile English‑language technical reports covering wind farm planning, wind measurement schemes, pre‑project assessment, turbine selection and micro‑siting.
3. Conduct technical discussions with clients in English regarding wind resource proposals and relevant technical issues.
4. Carry out site reconnaissance for projects and prepare corresponding site visit reports.
5. Collect and study wind‑resource‑related information and local policies of target countries, and investigate and analyze regional wind resource conditions.
6. Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Meteorology, New Energy, Wind Energy, Aerodynamics or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3‑years of working experience in wind‑resource‑related technical roles within the new‑energy industry.
3. Proficient in wind‑resource assessment software including Windographer, WindFarmer, WT, WindPro and WASP. Familiar with international wind power technical standards; strong communication and teamwork competencies.
4. Solid written and verbal English proficiency, capable of using English as a working language.
5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Team‑oriented with a can‑do mindset; willing to travel for business and work overtime as required.
