Game Production Intern - Teamfight Tactics (Contract)

As a Game Production Intern (Contract) on Teamfight Tactics, you’ll report to a Senior Manager, Game Production and support the day-to-day operations of the Teamfight Tactics production team in Singapore. You’ll work closely with producers and cross-functional partners to help keep our content production pipeline running smoothly.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll help facilitate team rituals and take on a variety of production tasks that enable the team to deliver high-quality player experiences.
Responsibilities:
Partner with producers on day-to-day coordination to keep workstreams organized and moving forward.
Support team rituals such as creative reviews, monthly meetings, Show and Tell.
Support bug management processes like writing bug reports and follow up the actions.
Coordinate playtest planning and execution, including scheduling, setup, and follow-ups.
Support planning and execution of team activities and events (e.g. team events, offsites, swag coordination).
Support general production tasks and handle day-to-day coordination needs as they arise.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college, university, or non-degree program
Available to work full-time for the 9 month to 12 month internship.
Authorized to work in Singapore.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for Teamfight Tactics and game development.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in team-based environments (academic, extracurricular, or personal projects)
Interest in game production, operations, or live service development
