This is a remote, unpaid 6-month internship position.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master Intern who is eager to learn and grow in Agile project management. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with a strong interest in Scrum, Kanban, and team coordination.
You will work closely with experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world Agile delivery environments.
What You Will Do
Support and participate in Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Assist in managing product backlog, sprint backlog, and task tracking
Work with tools like Trello and Slack for task management and team communication
Help track progress using boards (To Do, Doing, Review, Done)
Learn and apply concepts like user stories, story points, and estimations
Identify and escalate blockers or risks to the Scrum Master
Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of PMO and senior team members
Gain exposure to Agile practices in AI/ML-driven projects
What We Are Looking For
Basic understanding or strong interest in Scrum, Kanban, or Agile methodologies
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment
Ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or similar (a plus, not mandatory)
Eligibility
Fresh graduates or individuals starting a career in Agile/Scrum
Candidates from any discipline with interest in project management or tech delivery
