Role Description:
Pholus Globos Facility Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. The role involves executing and supervising electrical installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting activities at client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of electrical systems and hands-on experience with electrical panels, protection devices, wiring, lighting, cable management systems, and electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute electrical installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Work with MCB, MCCB, DBs, distribution panels, switchgear, and protection devices.
Carry out electrical wiring, termination, cable laying, and connection works.
Install and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, and other electrical accessories.
Execute and inspect raceways, cable trays, conduits, cable management systems, and related accessories.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
Identify electrical faults and carry out basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth execution of electrical works.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with electrical safety standards and site requirements.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and site execution.
Strong practical knowledge of MCB, MCCB, DBs, panels, switchgear, wiring, lighting, and distribution systems.
Experience with raceways, conduits, cable trays, cable laying, and cable termination.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and site execution skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle electrical works and coordinate with site teams and contractors.
Experience in commercial, industrial, facility management, or data center environments will be an advantage.
