Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of high-end residential and bespoke interior projects, translating client needs and architectural vision into functional, timeless spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed layouts, coordinating construction drawings, selecting FF&E, and ensuring alignment with project standards and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, including site visits, quality checks, and design reviews throughout the build journey. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines and process improvements, and support presentations and client communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong interior design expertise, including Interior Design and FF&E selection and specification skills.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture integration to create functional, cohesive layouts.
Ability to develop accurate Construction Drawings and detailed documentation for execution.
Experience leading end-to-end design projects, from concept to completion, preferably in premium residential or bespoke architecture.
Advanced skills in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong project coordination and time management abilities, including site supervision and quality control.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture mandatory.
