Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement for multiple clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and optimizing posts using data and platform insights. The Social Media Manager will monitor trends, manage community interactions and responses, track performance metrics, and prepare reports to inform ongoing campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams and clients will be essential to align digital activities with broader branding and marketing goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and execute impactful social media campaigns.
Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms, analytics tools, and basic performance tracking (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
A background in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, along with prior social media management experience, is highly beneficial.
Experience working with creative or branding agencies and a portfolio of past social media work will be considered an advantage.
