Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Manager located on-site in Hosur. The individual will be responsible for supporting HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, HR policy development, employee engagement, performance management processes, and compliance with employment laws. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, supporting training initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and performance management processes
Strong skills in communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
Experience with HR software, data management, and organizational record-keeping
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and contribute to a team-oriented culture
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Previous experience or internship in HR-related roles is a plus
