Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at ChargingAdda. The intern will support sales outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups with prospective customers and partners, helping to build awareness of ChargingAdda’s EV charging solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with digital and offline marketing campaigns, preparing sales presentations and basic proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to share feedback from the market, and support training or demo sessions for potential clients. The role involves research on competitors and market trends in EV charging, contributing to content for social media or marketing materials, and participating in regular meetings to review performance and plan new initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and structured follow-up.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist in product demos, basic onboarding, and knowledge sharing with customers and team members.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital outreach, and social media promotion; interest in the EV, mobility, or clean energy sector is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Comfort with productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn CRM or sales tools.
