We are looking for a CAD Engineer to join our engineering team in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify detailed 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
Develop accurate component and assembly drawings as per engineering requirements.
Prepare manufacturing drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles while preparing engineering drawings.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and improve product designs.
Review designs and drawings for accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with engineering requirements.
Maintain and update CAD files and engineering documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering.
1–2 years of relevant experience in CAD design/drafting.
Good knowledge and practical understanding of GD&T is required.
Hands-on experience with the following CAD software:
SolidWorks – Required
NX CAD – Required
AutoCAD 2D – Required
Creo – Additional/Preferred
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
