Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software components for AI-driven and computer vision solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating data processing pipelines, and collaborating with product, data, and QA teams. The role also involves reviewing code, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. The Software Engineer will participate in feature planning, sprint activities, and continuous improvement of the engineering stack and processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern language such as Python, Java, or C++.
Hands-on experience in Software Development, including designing, building, and maintaining production-grade applications.
Skills in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, microservices, databases, and integration with front-end or external systems.
Ability to work in hybrid teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and agile development methodologies is beneficial.
