Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator / Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance (PF & ESIC), and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of payroll compliance, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts).
Handle bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Prepare and maintain invoices and expense reports.
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
Support GST filing and other statutory compliances.
PF & ESIC Compliance
Manage Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC registrations, returns, and payments.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
Maintain employee records related to PF & ESIC.
Coordinate with consultants and government departments when required.
Vendor Coordination
Maintain vendor database and documentation.
Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
Follow up with vendors for invoices and compliance documents.
Negotiate and coordinate for service agreements and renewals.
Administrative Duties
Manage office administration tasks.
Maintain attendance and payroll records.
Handle documentation and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP software.
Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, GST, and payroll compliance.
Good communication and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling statutory audits.
Familiarity with labor law compliance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
