Role Description This is a full-time, remote Accounting and Finance Internship role. The intern will assist with preparing and reviewing financial statements, recording journal entries, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations under supervision. Responsibilities include working with accounting software, helping reconcile accounts, organizing financial data, and assisting in basic financial analysis and reporting. The intern will collaborate with finance and operations teams, contribute to process documentation, and help ensure accurate, timely financial records. This is an unpaid learning-focused opportunity designed to provide practical experience in a digital consultancy and AI-driven business setting.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance and understanding of basic financial concepts and principles.
Knowledge of Financial Statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and their interpretation.
Ability to prepare and review Journal Entries (Accounting) and support general ledger activities.
Familiarity with Accounting Software and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
Solid Analytical Skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools and comfort working with data.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
Demonstrated reliability, ethical judgment, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
