About the Role

계약서비스팀은 보험 계약 유지에 필요한 프로세스 운영, 고객 지원 서비스를 수행합니다.
보험 계약 관리 담당자는 보험 계약 유지 과정에서 발생하는 명의 변경, 정정 및 갱신, 웹 페이지 관리 업무를 담당합니다.
[담당 업무]
- 보험 계약 명의 변경, 정보 정정, 갱신 등 계약 관련 업무 및 프로세스 개선
- 변액 상품 펀드 변경
- 배당금 지급
- 휴면 보험금 관리
- 기타 보험 계약 서비스 유관 업무
[자격 요건]
- 원활한 의사소통 능력
- 스스로 동기 부여하며 진취적인 업무 태도

- 보험사 계약서비스팀 근무 경력자
- 보험 관련 자격증 소지자
[근무조건]
- 고용형태: 계약직 (1년)
- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름
- 근무지역 : 서울 중구 통일로2길 16, AIA타워
[전형절차]
- 서류전형 > 면접전형 > 스크리닝/채용검진 > 최종합격
