Role Description The Landscape Architect will work full time on-site in Jalgaon, contributing to the planning, design, and development of outdoor spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and planting plans; coordinating site surveys and analyses; and integrating functional, aesthetic, and environmental considerations into each project. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, attending client meetings, and supporting presentations and design reviews. The Landscape Architect will also assist with preparing documentation for implementation, monitoring work on-site as needed, and ensuring designs align with project budgets, schedules, and local regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design to develop creative, practical, and buildable outdoor design solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping to guide site layout, circulation, grading, and execution of landscape works.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing Planting Plans, including plant selection suited to local climate and maintenance needs.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as CAD, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools is beneficial.
A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, along with relevant project or internship experience, is preferred.
Strong spatial design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to read and produce technical drawings are important.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jalgaon with multidisciplinary teams are required.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local plants, and basic construction methods will be an advantage.
