ServiceNow ITAM Architect
YOE - 13+ years of experience
Mandatory Requirements (ServiceNow Architect):
13+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development projects.
3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
Must have led 2 to 3 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from scratch in an Architect role.
Strong experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and/or ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
Should have been responsible for:
Solution architecture and design
Platform-level implementation
Requirement gathering and technical roadmap
Integration and customization
Deployment and go-live activities
Candidates with only support, enhancement, or admin experience should not be considered unless they have architect-level implementation experience.
