About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of the European education market and backend operations to manage and support our Europe-focused projects, with an initial focus on the Netherlands.
The selected candidate will play a key role in setting up, managing, and streamlining Europe-related processes on the I-Unite platform. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the project, build efficient operational processes, and coordinate effectively with internal teams, universities, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Europe-focused education projects, initially focusing on the Netherlands market.
Support the setup, implementation, and execution of Netherlands-related processes on the I-Unite platform.
Develop and manage backend processes related to European university admissions and student journeys.
Coordinate with universities, education partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Establish structured workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
Research and stay updated on European education markets, university requirements, admission processes, and student requirements.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficient project execution.
Take complete ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
Support the development and expansion of additional European markets in the future.
Requirements
Prior experience working in the European overseas education market.
Strong knowledge of European university admissions, student recruitment, and education consultancy operations.
Good understanding of the European market, preferably including the Netherlands.
Experience in backend operations, project management, university partnerships, or international student admissions.
Ability to independently build, manage, and streamline processes from scratch.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Must be comfortable working from the office in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in European university admissions or international education projects.
Exposure to the Netherlands education market will be an added advantage.
Experience working with education platforms, CRM systems, or student management systems.
Candidates who have previously managed backend operations for international education markets.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Delhi/NCR-based candidates preferred.
