Role & Responsibility:
We are looking for a Jr. Dev Ops (Kubernetes) (24*7) to join our customer's solutions engineering team. You will be working closely with customer to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.
Our client is an industry leading AIOps platform designed to provide instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. By bringing together multiple sources of data into one easy to use platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues faster, avoid downtime, reduce MTTR and improve efficiency.
Skills:
1+ years experience in customer facing deployment role
1+ years experience in Kubernetes / Jenkins/ CI/CD pipelines / Docker
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
YAML Expertise: Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization
Shift: 24/7 rotational (including nights & weekends)
Software Configuration: Creating and maintaining YAML configuration files for applications and systems.
Data Serialization: Using YAML for data serialization and deserialization.
Automation: Writing YAML-based scripts for automation and orchestration tasks.
Experienced in coding with Python preferred
Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
Experienced with designing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
Experience with networks (e.g. Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing) preferred
Responsibilities:
Be a technical expert on customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;
Take a hands-on role in the integration of product to meet customer requirements;
Deploy solutions at customers, including understanding their data, workflow & analytics requirements;
Ensure that customers are adequately enabled for use, understanding & self serve extensions of platform capabilities;
Collaborate with sales team and partners for pre-sales activities;
Own design, development & execution plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment;
Improve the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.
⚙️ What you'll own:
✅ Kubernetes — manage, scale, and harden production workloads
✅ Jenkins & Argo CD — maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
✅ Docker — container lifecycle and security
✅ Shell scripting — automate toil and incident response
✅ Linux — deep OS-level troubleshooting and tuning
✅ Networking — DNS, TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls
✅ GCP or any major cloud platform
🎓 Experience: 2–3 years in SRE / DevOps / infrastructure engineering
💡 Bonus if you have: Experience with SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Terraform, PagerDuty, or chaos engineering.
