Ananda Kshethram Agri-Tourism is looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Head to manage the day-to-day operations of our campus and lead the onsite team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day campus operations
• Lead, guide, and coordinate the onsite team
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning
• Manage daily activities, visitor experiences, and operational schedules
• Coordinate between different teams and departments
• Monitor staff performance and ensure responsibilities are completed
• Handle operational challenges and maintain overall order and efficiency
🔹 Who We Are Looking For
✅ Retired Army / Defence Personnel preferred
✅ Strong leadership, discipline, and team management skills
✅ Experience in operations, administration, or facility management
✅ Ability to manage teams and take ownership of responsibilities
✅ Physically active, responsible, and willing to stay onsite
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Male candidates preferred for this onsite operational leadership role
