About the Role
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have previously worked as Team Leads or handled teams in an Inside Sales / B2C sales environment, but are open to joining us in an individual contributor role as a Senior Associate.
This role is Ideal for candidates who have strong leadership potential, sales expertise, and a passion for guiding students toward the right career opportunities. Based on performance, leadership capabilities, and consistency in achieving targets, candidates may be given the opportunity to lead and manage a team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective learners about upGrad’s programs and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment.
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and virtual counselling sessions.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with learners.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
• Support and guide junior team members whenever required.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and ownership in day-to-day activities.

What We Are Looking For
• Experience in B2C / Inside Sales.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead or handling a team would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and close deals.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Strong learner-focused approach with empathy and patience.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Work Schedule
• 6 Days Working (Work from Office)
• Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
