Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Private Banker role based in New Delhi. The Private Banker will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients by providing tailored wealth management and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include assessing client financial goals, developing and reviewing financial plans, monitoring portfolios, and recommending asset allocation strategies. The role involves regular client meetings, market and product research, and close coordination with internal investment and product teams to deliver suitable offerings. The Private Banker will also be responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high standards of client service and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Planning and Asset Allocation to design and manage comprehensive wealth management strategies.
Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze markets, products, and portfolio performance.
Proven experience in Private Banking, including relationship management with HNW and UHNW clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
Ability to interpret financial data, assess risk profiles, and make informed recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
High level of integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Comfort working in a target-driven environment with a focus on quality advisory and client outcomes.
