4G/5G RAN and Core Network OAM Lead/ Engineer

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and test OAM (Operations, Administration & Maintenance) modules for 4G/5G RAN and Core Network.
Work on O-RAN O1 interface and related Fault, Performance, and Configuration Management modules.
Develop and maintain Network Management solutions for 4G/5G networks.
Work with multi-threaded and multi-process applications on Linux.
Support software build environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Contribute to architecture, development, testing, and delivery of 4G/5G OAM products.
For senior/lead profiles, drive OAM development programs and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in C/C++ (C++11) and Python.
Good understanding of 4G/5G RAN and Core Network architecture.
Hands-on experience with OAM / Network Management development.
Experience with O-RAN O1, FM, PM, and CM.
Strong Linux and multithreading/multiprocessing experience.
Knowledge of NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS.
Experience with XML, JSON, and YAML.
Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
Good understanding of software build tools such as Makefiles.
Preferred For Lead-Level Candidates
10–12+ years of relevant 4G/5G OAM product development experience.
Experience leading or driving 4G/5G OAM development programs.
Strong technical leadership and delivery ownership.
