App/React Native Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a React Native Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shippingcommercial mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, andbackend engineers to build a high-performance, reliable, and scalable cross-platform sports application.The role involves handling real-time sports data, efficient API and state management, app performance,and mobile advertising experiences.
What You'll Do!
Develop and Maintain: Build, enhance, and maintain our React Native application across iOS and Androidusing clean, scalable, and reusable architecture.
State & API Management: Use Redux Toolkit and RTK Query for API integration, caching, invalidation,background refetching, request lifecycle handling, and efficient synchronization of application data.
Real-time Data: Integrate REST APIs and real-time data streams such as WebSockets or Server-SentEvents (SSE) to deliver live scores, match statistics, and continuously updating sports content.
Ads & Monetization: Integrate and maintain mobile advertising using solutions such as Google AdMob and custom ad serving. Handle predefined ad placements, banner/in-content/sticky ads, configuration-basedtargeting, refresh or frequency rules, and fallback behavior when required.
Performance Optimization: Optimize rendering, large lists, API usage, caching, memory, and real-timeupdates to keep the app fast and responsive during high-traffic live events.
Collaborate: Work in an agile environment with product, design, backend, QA, and other stakeholders todefine, develop, and ship new features.
Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and implement appropriate unit and integration tests to improve stability and reliability.
Who You Are!
Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying commercial React Native applications.
Strong Fundamentals: Strong understanding of React Native, React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript,component lifecycle, hooks, navigation, and reusable component architecture.
Redux Toolkit & RTK Query: Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query, including caching,cache invalidation, refetching, loading/error states, data transformation, and efficient server-state management.
API & Real-time Integration: Good experience integrating REST APIs and working with live datatechnologies such as WebSockets or SSE. Experience handling frequently updating data is preferred.
 Mobile Ads: Experience integrating Google AdMob or similar mobile ad SDKs. Understanding of adplacements, banner/in-content ads, refresh/frequency handling, custom ad configuration, and fallback logic is a strong plus.
Performance: Good knowledge of React Native performance optimization, including avoiding unnecessary re-renders, optimizing lists, caching data, and debugging performance issues.
Architecture & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to design maintainable featurearchitecture, debug production issues, and make practical technical decisions.
Native Platform Exposure (Good to Have): Familiarity with iOS/Android build, release, and debuggingworkflows, along with exposure to native module development using Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java.
Nice to Have: Experience with sports/live-data applications, push notifications, analytics/attribution SDKs, or configuration-driven/white-label applications.
