Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor at Native Touch is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring service standards are met. The Restaurant Supervisor supports team members during busy periods, handles guest concerns, and monitors dining room and service flow to maintain a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage quality, overseeing cleanliness and safety standards, assisting with inventory and stock control, and reporting operational issues to management. The role also involves training team members, reinforcing service guidelines, and supporting initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, delegation, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with staff and interact with guests clearly and respectfully.
Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic understanding of menu items, hygiene standards, and service procedures.
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or shift lead role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
