We invite applications from Semi-Qualified Company Secretaries / CS Management Trainees to join our firm S B More and Associates.
Job Profile: Handling Company Law and Secretarial Compliances, RBI, FEMA and FDI Compliances, preparation and filing of ROC forms, maintenance of statutory registers and records and ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, Securities Lawa and other Applicable Laws to the Companies.
Eligibility:CS Executive passed / CS Freshers may apply.
