Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Pune.
What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end IT recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding
* Source and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
* Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates
* Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and offer discussions
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets
* Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
* Experience recruiting for technologies such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other IT skills will be preferred
* Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of the IT hiring market
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality and timely closures
