Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Robotics and Coding Trainer role located in Rohtak, Haryana.
The trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based sessions on robotics concepts, coding fundamentals, and practical applications of robotic systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive training, supervising hands-on projects, and guiding learners through troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training equipment, and collaborating with the team to improve curriculum and training materials.
The trainer will ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment and support participants in developing job-ready technical skills.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including programming and system integration.
Candidates should possess experience in Robotic Welding and related industrial robotic applications.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance for robotic equipment and associated hardware.
Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills to train diverse groups of learners.
Candidates should possess basic coding skills (e.g., C/C++, Python, or similar) and the ability to explain programming concepts clearly.
Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, including lesson planning, documentation, and learner assessment.
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical or vocational education is an advantage.
