ServiceNow CTA / Technical Architect – Chennai - HYBRID
Role: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect / ServiceNow Platform Architect
Experience 8–12+ years overall IT experience is common for senior architect roles.
Around 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong client-facing consulting and architecture experience.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end ServiceNow technical architecture.
Define platform architecture, roadmap, governance and technical standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Design HLD/LLD, data architecture, integration architecture and security models.
Define instance strategy, upgrade strategy and customization approach.
Lead architecture reviews and guide developers/technical teams.
Drive platform modernization, technical-debt reduction and best practices.
Work with senior/C-level stakeholders and conduct architecture workshops.
Support presales, solutioning, RFPs and proposals where required.
