In our facility, we produce feminine hygiene products on modern, automated production lines, including products related to the Always®, Naturella®, Discreet® and Tampax® brands. Our manufacturing processes are supported by automated technologies, technical systems and development projects. Our warehouse and material handling teams ensure that the necessary raw materials reach the right areas on time and safely. 📋WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Identify, develop, and qualify material-related saving projects and introduce new and innovative materials
Integrate material product initiatives and material improvements to the production floor
Drive long-term materials quality improvements and address any arising quality outages
Develop and execute qualification of new material formulations to address current and potential supply shortages
Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal partners (R&D, Purchases, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Process & Engineering)
Manage regional supplier responsibilities: develop new suppliers and continuously improve existing supplier capability and line performance
Lead technical change, create holistic learning plans, and manage project milestones and schedules with material developers
Manage tasks and prioritize across multiple technical and saving initiatives
🔑WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other STEM areas (preferred: chemical, quality assurance, biological, light industrial)
Fresh graduate status or maximum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
Business proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

Strong technical mastery and affinity to analyze data and issues in materials development and converting processes
Ability to innovate as well as reapply proven technical solutions
Proven project management and holistic planning skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multinational teams across various geographical locations
