Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru South. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing designs, drawings, and calculations for structural and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include site supervision, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring construction progress, and resolving technical issues that arise on-site. The role involves planning project phases, supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions, conducting inspections, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The Civil Engineer will also collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain safety, quality, and budget targets throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including the ability to interpret and create technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in project execution and site coordination.
Planning skills to organize project activities, schedule resources, and support timely completion of milestones.
Stormwater Management skills, including designing and reviewing drainage systems and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations applicable to Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) and basic MS Office skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with on-site teams and stakeholders.
